Will This Help Obama?

This morning while reading some news items on CNN online, I ran across this announcement: “A U.S. District Court judge lifted travel restrictions Thursday for Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick so he can attend the Democratic National Convention August 25-28 in Denver, Colorado. The judge also said the beleaguered public official could remove his monitoring device.
